Guest House

First floor guest rooms are the 4-Poster and one of the Superior guest rooms.
Both have King-size double beds, ensuite bathroom/shower, large televisions, plenty of space, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and wardrobes.
The 4-Poster has two views one of which is over the River Rothay, and Grasmere.

Second floor guest rooms are the Standard, Budget and the other Superior guest rooms.
All the second floor guest rooms have ensuite bathroom/shower, televisions, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and wardrobes.
The Standard and Budget guest rooms have a standard double bed.
The Standard has a view over the River Rothay and Grasmere, providing a very soothing sound.
The Superior has a King-size double bed with plenty of space and a large television.

Guest House Rates

A non-refundable deposit of a 1/3rd of the total cost will be required on all accommodation bookings for the guest house in order to secure the booking. Balance payable on or before departure.
There is a minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends, 3 nights stay during Bank Holidays and New Year.
We do not accept 1 night reservations in advance, unless there is already a 1 night available due to other guest reservations. There is a �10.00 per room supplement for 1 night reservation.
There is a 50% surcharge for single occupancy.
We are unable to accommodate children under 6 years of age in the Guest House.
We accept Debit cards and most Credit cards (Credit cards will be charged a 3% surcharge). Cash is also accepted.

Guest house rates are based on per person per night.
