| LEISURE FACILITIES Fun for all the family next door at the Luxury Wordsworth Hotel - including: large indoor heated swimming pool and gymnasium. Enquiries to be made at the Hotels themselves. |

| ALL LINEN is provided, including bedding, sheets, pillows, towels, tea towels and table cloths. Beds will have continental quilts and covers. Linen is changed on a Friday for guests staying another week. |
| LAUNDRETTE for your personal washing. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board together with a small clothes line. On a more personal note a first aid box, hair dryer, and foot spa are also available in the main hall for our guests to use. |
| CHILDREN are most welcome in our self-catering apartments, however, the Guest House cannot accommodate children under 6 years of age. Cots (£1.75 per day), high chairs and Vaude carriers (£10 per week) are available. |
| GAS CENTRAL HEATING is installed throughout - this cost is included. |
| TELEPHONE A payphone is available in the apartment's entrance hall. It does not accept incoming calls. |
| CAR PARKING One car space is reserved for each apartment except apartment 1 which has two spaces. |
| PETS We regret that pets are no longer accepted in any of our apartments or the Guest House. |
| SITUATION Beck Allans lies in its own well-timbered grounds in the centre of the village of Grasmere. All local pubs, hotels and shops are within two minutes walking distance. Guests are welcome to use the lawn in front of the apartments. Click here for a map. |
