1. TENANCIES - The apartments are open all year round. All weeks during the season are let from a Friday to a Friday unless by special arrangement. During the winter period apartments are let at reduced rates for short breaks between November and March, dates to suit yourself. Book 3 days mid-week and get a 4^th day FREE!
2. APARTMENTS - Will be ready for occupancy AFTER 4p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure in order that they may be checked and serviced for incoming visitors.
3. Apartments - 2 and 3 have log fires to provide that extra touch to your winter break (logs and kindling are provided free of charge). Log fires are not used during the summer.
4. CHARGES - The rates quoted include V.A.T. Weekly changes of bed linen and all towels, soap and toilet paper etc, unlimited hot water, logs for fires etc. We aim to provide everything you require other than food. (see para 13)
5. BOOKINGS - Reservations are acceptable in writing or by telephone, but when the later, written confirmation will be expected within one week, otherwise the accommodation will be released. A non-returnable deposit of one third of the total holiday cost is required when confirming. An acknowledgement and receipt will be sent upon the deposit being paid. The balance is due three weeks prior to the holiday commencing. A reminder is not sent but a further receipt will follow completion of payment. Cheques should be made payable to 'Beck Allans'.

6. CLEANING - It will be the responsibility of the outgoing guest to leave the apartment clean for incoming visitors for which cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner are provided. Where a dishwasher is provided, it is to be left empty and the filter cleaned. Please report any breakages, which we will replace. We reserve the right to charge for any special cleaning or repairs we may have to do and any expensive replacement of equipment. The public area, stairway and hall are cleaned by us weekly.
7. SMOKING - Is no longer permitted at Beck Allans.
8. OVER-USE -
   UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ADDITIONAL VISITORS BE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE APARTMENTS OVER THE MAXIMUM NUMBER STATED.
9. RIGHTS - are reserved to change specification of equipment bedding etc. should the need arise.
10. DAMAGE TO CARS - The management of Beck Allans holiday apartments, Cottage and Guest House do not accept responsibility for damage to cars whilst parked in the grounds.
11. COLOUR TELEVISION, installed in all of the apartments.
12. YOU DON'T NEED - Bath towel, hand towels, tea towels, salt and pepper, loo rolls, tin opener, coat hangers, bedding, washing up liquid or dish cloths - we provide them!

Finally, our aim is to help you make the most of our holiday at Beck Allans so that you will return again and recommend us to your friends. Out program is one of continuous improvement, however, the best improvements are those recommended by holiday makers. We would ask therefore, for any suggestions you may have in order that we can add to your future comfort and enjoyment.
